So far, so good. Down another 2.5lbs this week, for a total of 7.5 lbs. Slow, but slow is good.
The key to success I am finding is to be prepared. Scheduled your workouts into your calendar, just like appointments. Cook up all of your food in one kitchen stint, so it’s ready to go. So, what’s cookin’? Well, first I’m going to turn those mushrooms into these:
When it says, “Let sizzle in front of your drooling friends for three to five minutes” they’re not kidding! These smell divine! Healthy never tasted so good!
